The mountain through my eyes

We opened the Gallery in December 2025, and it has been evolving ever since.
La Bottega di Red is a space in the heart of Cervinia dedicated to photography as an artistic experience. Here, photography is not seen simply as a decorative element, but as a central presence: something that gives character to a space and becomes part of the story it tells.
The Gallery was founded by Gianluca Gobbi, the photographer behind all the works featured in La Bottega, and by me, Federica. Together, we have created a place where photography takes on a tangible, tactile form: not just images, but Fine Art prints crafted with care, designed to inhabit spaces and engage naturally with architecture and interior design.

Each photograph is printed with great attention to detail, from the choice of materials to the final size, transforming moments lived in the mountains into timeless objects. The main technique we use is direct printing on aluminium, a material that stands the test of time and captures colours with remarkable clarity and definition. From the depth of black to the brilliance of white, every shade contributes to the precision, sharpness and depth of the final print.

Every image displayed in La Bottega and on the website can be printed in different sizes, allowing each work to be perfectly adapted to any wall and any setting. Our approach is precise, personal and tailored to each request. Every project is developed through direct dialogue with the client, offering guidance, ideas and solutions designed around the space, the image and the story they wish to create.

What connects Gianluca to the mountains is a deep bond, profoundly inspired by their authentic, untamed, and ever-changing beauty. His work is rooted in a strong connection with the high-altitude landscape, where light, weather, and silence shape every image.

For more than twenty years, Cervinia has been the place closest to his heart, and at the heart of Cervinia are its mountains every single one of them.

From a summit, a cloud, a trail in the snow, or a moment of perfect light, he has the ability to reveal the hidden beauty of a landscape that is already extraordinary in its own right.
